Our Consultants
Our two consultants routinely work with all of our customers from start to finish of a project. They have a great deal of experience in design, materials, and all facets of decision-making involved in planning and completing a successful addition to your home. Since they are working with you and managing the project, you’ll always be in touch with the same person and know that you can trust things to be completed the way you hoped. We feel this is an extremely important and valuable part of why people have such great success working with us and regularly share their experiences with others.

PROVEN PROCESS
01 IDEA
Visit our showroom where we provide plenty of product displays, samples, and product literature, as well as access to our friendly experts.
02 CONTRACT
When ready to proceed, a contract is signed, project plans are approved, and a down payment is placed so that we can begin preparation work.
03 DRAFTING
We handle all of the drafting and preparation of the plans for submission to your local municipality in order to gain any needed permits for the project.
04 JOB PREP
We are taking care of securing materials and having everything ready to start the project. Our goal is to complete the project in as smooth and timely a manner as possible once we start.
05 BUILD
Most projects are completed in 1-2 weeks once under way. This varies with the type of project and overall scope of work, but we'll be able to discuss this with you in advance.
01 Our Process Begins with You
The first step in our process is to gather as much information as possible about your ideas to really get a sense of what you’d like the end result to be. We invite our customers to visit our showroom where we provide plenty of product displays, samples, and product literature, as well as access to our friendly experts who will gladly answer all your questions. If you’d like to continue the conversation and project planning, we often set a time to visit your home to verify details and gather any additional information necessary to finalize a formal proposal.
02 Contract / Down Payment
Many people like to review the proposal together and look at the displays once more before making final decisions on their project, so a return to the showroom to go through the plans is common. When ready to proceed with the project, a contract is signed, project plans are approved, and a down payment is placed so that we can begin preparation work. While our work is just ready to begin for you, you’ll have confidence in knowing that you’ll always continue to work with the same individual
03 Drafting / Preparation
We handle all of the drafting and preparation of the plans for submission to your local municipality in order to gain any needed permits for the project. We also handle scheduling inspections, as well as coordination of other aspects that might pertain to the project. Homeowners simply need to provide us with a plot plan for zoning approval, and if necessary, provide us with trustee approval. In very few instances, you may need to obtain permission from your local Architectural Review Board, which we can also assist with.
04 Materials and Job Prep
During the time that we are working on getting plans approved with the local municipality, we are also taking care of securing materials and having everything ready to start the project. Our goal is to complete the project in as smooth and timely a manner as possible once we start, so we put emphasis on preparation.
The general lead time depends greatly on the project scope and the amount of work that is currently scheduled as we work on a first-come, first-serve basis. We’re very flexible to work with individual customer needs, however, and our customers are always very pleased with the communication and solutions we provide.
05 Build / Completion
Most projects are completed in 1-2 weeks once under way. Again, this varies with the type of project and overall scope of work, but we’ll be able to discuss this with you in advance.
Throughout the process, we’re always available to answer your questions and provide updates on our progress. Our installers are friendly and good communicators, and you’ll always be able to regularly communicate with the project planner you’ve worked with from day one.
