Removed old concrete patio and built "Tiger Deck" in its place with no access to machinery to backyard. This project was extremely labor intensive. Sales person was very helpful and accommodating during the planning and design process. We communicated effectively by e-mail. Construction crew did a great job. Final product is beautiful.

The deck you and your company designed and installed for me at my home is just GREAT. I expected a nice deck but this deck has surpassed what I expected. My house will probably fall down and the deck will still be standing. Tom Schriedel did an excellent job of installing my deck. He keeps a very clean and safe work area. If I had a question Tom explained and showed me why he was doing certain things. There is no 'goofing-off' when he is working. My neighbor, who by the way is jealous of my new deck, was very impressed by Tom's work habits, as was I.

Mark and his team were punctual and professional. He ordered some extra boards and screws so we could trim out the lattice work we had done under the deck. Even though we did have to pay for them, that was a great convenience. This company will stand behind their workmanship and the products they offer, and that is huge. I would recommend them anytime.

The project went exactly as planned and scheduled. The construction crew was very punctual and professional. Communications with the owner was very good when necessary. If the crew could not be onsite due to inclement weather, we were notified the day before or early that morning. We were most impressed with the workmanship and manner in which the work was performed. Attention to detail was impressive and we are very satisfied with the results. The project was completed in 2 1/2 weeks which is what we were told in the beginning (even with inclement weather).
